Opt out of advertising sharing, and request access, correction, or deletion
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Yieldz does not sell personal information. We do use advertising and analytics from Google on this website, which California law treats as "sharing" personal information for advertising. You can opt out here, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically.
Your choice applies to the browser you are using. On another browser or device, repeat it or turn on Global Privacy Control there. If you would rather ask us by email, write to privacy@yieldz.net and we will complete the opt-out within 15 business days. No identity verification is needed to opt out.
Request access, correction, or deletion
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@yieldz.net from the email address on your Yieldz account. You do not need an account to make a request.
- We acknowledge your request within 10 business days.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you within the first 45 days and take up to 45 more.
- We verify your identity first, to a level that fits how sensitive the information is.
- Securities and anti-money-laundering rules require us to keep some records for at least six years after an account closes. If that applies, we tell you what we deleted and what we kept and why. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
In the Yieldz app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, or email privacy@yieldz.net. Deleting your account can affect your ability to use your wallet through Yieldz. The app explains what will happen and asks you to confirm before anything is deleted.
