01The story

We tested our model onthe hardest asset we could find.

Motorsport is famous for burning money. So we re-engineered the economics of a race team: Yieldz Holdings funds the team, and the founders own it. Three things come with that.

04Own a seat

Six thingsin one founder seat.

A founder seat is an ownership stake, a protection structure, a role, a calendar, a place in line for Formula 1, and a wallet that holds it all.

01 · Ownership

One of 100 founder seats

Each seat is a $250K founder position: 0.497% of the team at a $50.3M entry valuation, minted as 250,000 YLDR (one per dollar) in your Yieldz App wallet.

100 founders49.7% together
Yieldz Holdings50.3% for funding the team

Your $250K goes into a cash-value policy owned by the company, financed through a partner bank, so you don't write a $250K check. Your actual cost is in the Team Owner's Playbook.

02 · Protection

A policy behind your seat

A cash-value life policy owned by the company funds your buy/sell agreement, with a $250K death benefit endorsed to your family.

03 · A role

Founding Partner

Bring people to race weekends, memberships and sponsorships, and earn a success fee on what you bring in.

04 · The calendar

Seven premium weekends

Paddock access across the season, including the Miami and US Grands Prix, and the Founders Summit at COTA each October.

05 · First in line

Founders Round priority

First position in YLDF1, the planned Formula 1 raise, if you're eligible under that offering's own documents.

06 · Your wallet

Self-custody in the App

Your seat lives in your own MPC wallet in the Yieldz App, next to your tickets, events and data room.

05How it's run

Yieldz Holdings runs it.Founders hold the keys.

Yieldz Holdings owns 50.3% and funds the budget, so it manages the business. The 100 founders own 49.7% and elect a five-seat Founders Council.

Decisions that need the Founders Council
  • Issuing new equity that dilutes the founder seats
  • Selling the company, the team or substantially all its assets
  • Changing the buy/sell formula or the policy structure
  • New arrangements with Yieldz affiliates
  • Leaving Porsche Carrera Cup for another series
  • Distributions before the team's financing is repaid

Proposed. The final list is set in the operating agreement.

What founders receive
  • Quarterly reports: results against budget, sponsor and member pipeline
  • Annual audited accounts from Year 1
  • Policy statements for the company's policies
  • The Founders Summit at COTA each October, the annual meeting
  • Data-room access in the Yieldz App, all year

Every Yieldz affiliate arrangement is disclosed in full in the offering documents.

How the Formula 1 path works

It's a separate, planned offering. Nothing on this page offers YLDF1. No team has been selected and no agreement exists.

Its own documents, its own rules. If YLDF1 opens, it will be offered only through its own offering documents: a Reg D 506(c) round for verified accredited investors, and possibly a Reg A Tier 2 round that could include non-accredited investors within its limits, once qualified.

Priority is a benefit, not a promise. Founder and member priority depends on eligibility under those documents. A Yieldz Club membership buys experiences, never an investment.

07Qualify to be a founder

You don't buy a seat. You qualify for one.

What to have ready
  • Proof of accredited status (income or net worth)
  • Basic health history for underwriting
  • The people you'd invite to a race weekend
100 seats. One season to fill them.

Seats go to qualified founders in order of completed subscription. Applying starts the process and holds nothing until documents are signed.

Warning · House rule

We have a No Assholes Policy.

Just because you have the money doesn't mean you're in. Founders spend race weekends together, host each other's guests and build this community side by side. We choose people who make the paddock better: generous, respectful, and ready to show up.

Every seat is offered at our discretion, and we can say no to anyone, at any point before documents are signed.
